Refund policy

14-day refund on your first payment

If WoemaAI isn't right for you, email hello@woemaai.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No forms, no questions you have to answer.

Renewals

Monthly and yearly renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time before the next renewal and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Done-With-You

You can get a full refund before your support starts. Once it has started, we refund the weeks you haven't used.

Founding memberships

The 14-day refund applies. After that, founding memberships are not refundable.

Tools you pay for directly

Costs you pay to other companies, such as Claude, domains or hosting, are between you and them. We can't refund those.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
